Step 2. Connect My LCM 

As soon as the rates agreed and the contract is signed My LCM will be activated for you and allow you to make the process easy and simple. In My LCM you can:

  1. Make your shipment via 2 clicks
  2. Control your finance balance, issue the bills
  3. Make finance documents and issue the reports
Step 3. Fill airwaybill

You can make an order in two ways:

  • Oder your shipment in My LCM, where the airwaybill and an order will be automatically issued.
  • You can issue airwaybill while order a courier for pick up.

Step 4. Packaging recommendation

Proper packaging is a guarantee of cargo safety and reliability.

  • The packaging must comply to the nature and size of your dispatch
  • The shipment shoul have  special label, handling marks and shipment handling instructions in case of fragile or any special shipments are sent
  • Old and inappropriate labels should be removed
  • The packaging must not be damaged

In case the additional or non-standard packaging is required please contact your personal key account manager for packaging order. You can also order special packaging in Comment while making your order in My LCM.

Step 5. Shipments requirements

Pay attention!

According to Russian legislation client is obliged to provide full, precise and reliable information about cargo’s characteristic, transportation conditions or any other additional information required for the courier service to accomplish the obligations according to transportation agreement and all documents required for  customs clearance, federal state transport control and other kinds of state control.

Being customs broker LCM-Express has a right on any stage of the transportation open a shipment , inspect or stop the shipment if the contents of the parcel is indeterminate and may delay processing of other goods.

List of prohibited goods for transportation according to LCM Express rules

  1. Express shipments classified as dangerous according to IATA (International Air Transport Association) and ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization), requiring special storage and handling conditions (Explosives, firearms and its parts and components, ammunition , toxic, poisonous, corrosive chemical agents, gases, aerosol , shipments from I up to IX hazard class), radioactive materials;
  2. Alcohol-containing liquids;
  3. Ash, human remains, human organs and (or) human tissue, blood and its components;
  4. The land and natural resources, timber;
  5. Perishable goods;
  6. Aerosols;
  7. Ozone-depleting substances;
  8. Explosives, firearms and its parts and components, ammunition;
  9. Banknotes and its equivalents
  10. Excise goods

The above mentioned list does not refer to the goods sending to Customs Union and doesn’t contain the goods that are limited for export or import according to Russian legislation.

List of prohibited goods for transportation according to Russian Federation legislation

  1. Materials with sexual content, materials of a religious nature, calling for extremism or terrorist activity, materials aimed at propaganda of Nazi attributes or symbols or attributes or symbols similar to Nazi attributes and symbols confusingly, materials containing information that could cause harm to political or economic interests of the countries - members of Customs union and their state security, health and people morality; materials containing state and commercial secrets;
  2. Goods subject to the law of copyright infringement;
  3. Narcotic and psychotropic drugs;
  4. Rare and endangered species of wild animals and plants, their parts and (or) derivatives included in the Red Book of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation;
  5. Objects of exceptional and cultural value, made over 50 years ago (antiques, works of art, documents, national archives, original archival documents, precious and semi-precious stones, medals, commemorative badges and signs, precious metals (gold, silver, etc.)
